Madison Revolution is excited to host our Fourth Annual Madison Revolution Rumble Tournament from May 29-31, 2026. This is a class B/C tournament – no elite teams.

Registration: $550 registration fee, checks should be made out to Madison Revolution and mailed per the instructions in the Registration Form. **Your registration is not confirmed until the registration fee is received.**
Registration is limited to 6 teams for 10U and 8 teams for 12U and 14U divisions!
USA Age Cutoff
Each game will be staffed with two umpires. Four game guarantee. Grounds crew will line and drag the fields between games. Concessions available on site, as well as tournament t-shirts. Awards for 1st and 2nd place in each division. All teams must provide proof of insurance and roster (max 15 players on roster). Please provide insurance and roster at least one week prior to tournament via email. Please have proof of age present at tournament.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued pursuant to the following: Complete rainout (no games played) – $475 refund. One game played, $300 refund. Two games played: $100 refund. Three games played: No refund.
